The foundations of Blume Metal Kimya A.Ş. were laid in 1985, initially standing out as a company growing through investments in the tourism sector. In 1989, a holiday village covering 30,823 m² was established in Bodrum Gümbet, symbolizing the company's long-standing engagement in tourism activities. Since 2002, the company has been publicly traded on Borsa Istanbul as a joint-stock company, placing transparency and corporate governance principles at the core of its operations.
With changing economic conditions and increasing environmental awareness, the company entered a strategic transformation process in the 2010s. Shifting from tourism to the energy sector, Blume Metal Kimya focused on renewable energy investments, particularly in Solar Power Plant (SPP) projects. These investments have supported environmental sustainability while contributing lasting value to the national economy.
Solar Energy Investments Strengthening the Industrial Vision
As part of the Solar Power Plant (SPP) projects initiated in 2017, a total of five solar energy plants were commissioned and began electricity production. These facilities were supported by long-term financial lease agreements, enhancing the company’s capital strength. Through these renewable energy investments, Blume Metal Kimya has become not only a manufacturing company but also an institution shaping the future through energy efficiency.
New Success Story in Tourism and Construction Sectors
In addition to energy investments, the company has undertaken significant projects in real estate development and construction. With initiatives such as Caressa Holiday House, Gündoğan Summer Houses, and Fuga Panorama in the Bodrum region, Blume has created substantial value in the real estate sector.
The Fuga Panorama project in Bodrum Gümüşlük exemplifies Blume’s commitment to quality, architectural aesthetics, and sustainable living concepts. The project stands out with a modern building design that aligns with regional architecture while targeting high living standards.
Completed in 2023, the Fuga Panorama project has secured a prestigious position in Blume Metal Kimya’s real estate portfolio. The villas feature modern architecture, use of natural materials, and eco-friendly design principles. Additionally, with permits for short-term tourism rentals, the project offers both residential and investment value.

With the Eskişehir branch, operational since 2024, the company has also begun providing services in chemical production, zamak recycling, and manufacturing processes.
